The Croatian Studies Foundation is an Association, registered with the NSW Office of Fair Trading. It is regulated by the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.

The “Constitution” was established at the time of incorporation in 1984, it provides rules and guidelines for members and the Governing Council.

The Croatian Studies Foundation Trust, is an incorporated entity, and follows the requirements set out in the Corporations Act 2001, and is regulated by Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The Trust Deed defines the specific rules to which we ad here. The Trust draws its Board of Directors from the CSF Governing Council.
